Hyrel Mathias
The founder
Hyrel Mathias, a seasoned professional with more than 14 years of industry experience, boasts an impressive portfolio comprising a wide range of residential design projects. From minor remodels to large-scale new constructions, including furniture specifications, she has successfully tackled various challenges within the realm of design. Hyrel's unwavering belief in the principle "form follows function" underscores her pragmatic approach to design, ensuring that every element within a space serves a purpose while maintaining an uncluttered and harmonious environment.
Born and raised in Dubai, she witnessed the city's incredible architectural transformation. Inspired by this, she pursued a degree in Interior Design and soon began working at AD100 firm, Robert Couturier Inc., where she gained experience in high end residential design on a global scale. In 2015 Hyrel moved to Seattle, expanding her network and skills. Hyrel has worked with renowned professionals in the industry, gaining expertise in bathroom and kitchen remodels, whole house remodels, and new construction projects.
She enjoys immersing herself in the intricate connections between people, architecture, and the objects that inhabit our daily lives. For her, a well-designed space must not solely captivate the eye, it must also fulfill its functional objectives in a timeless manner.
